Our Firm
CM&A was formed by seasoned operating executives with backgrounds anchored in successfully assisting distressed clients. Assisting middle market companies experiencing pressures from a wide variety of sources ranging from changes in market conditions, to changes in credit markets, to the challenges of rapid growth, or the effects of operating issues, our firm is dedicated to helping clients who are experiencing significant change in their business.
Our professionals believe in straight talk, addressing issues directly and with urgency, and have successfully assisted more than 280 clients spanning 30+ years in over 56 different industries. Our firm holds itself to a very high standard whilst providing a quality and impactful service in the least costly manner possible; striving to create value in multiples versus the fees incurred.
Our Approach
Our professionals are sensitive to creating extremely high value as compared to fees incurred
Our firm operates in an extremely effective, U.S. Special Forces-based, force-multiplier model to engage with clients – this involves utilizing a small number of professionals per client (typically, 1-3)
Benefits to our U.S. Special Forces-based approach is rapid, permanent, institutional change with high EBITDA impact that is not at risk of reverting upon the conclusion of CM&A’s engagement
