CM&A was formed by seasoned operating executives with backgrounds anchored in successfully assisting distressed clients.  Assisting middle market companies experiencing pressures from a wide variety of sources ranging from changes in market conditions, to changes in credit markets, to the challenges of rapid growth, or the effects of operating issues, our firm is dedicated to helping clients who are experiencing significant change in their business.

Our professionals believe in straight talk, addressing issues directly and with urgency, and have successfully assisted more than 280 clients spanning 30+ years in over 56 different industries. Our firm holds itself to a very high standard whilst providing a quality and impactful service in the least costly manner possible; striving to create value in multiples versus the fees incurred.

Engagement Team Structure

  • CM&A senior team members (Partners and Principals) are always the face the client sees

  • CM&A personnel are completely on our payroll. We do not use outside or temporary, non-validated staff and call them our personnel
